You found the namecoat DDNS update endpoint. It keeps a hostname's record pointed at a changing IP — point any standard dyndns2 client here (your router, ddclient, inadyn…).

GET https://ddns.name.co.at/nic/update?hostname=<fqdn>&myip=<ip>
Authorization: Basic   # username = anything, password = your token

Omit myip and your public IP is used automatically. A token only updates the hostnames it's authorised for.
